THE MOROCCO STORE

Twelve loft apartments were created in The Morocco Store, a converted Victorian Warehouse and adjoining new building overlooking a small park near London Bridge. Completed in 1997.
The new building won the Brick Design Award in 1998 and was the first project in the UK to use greenheart timber columns and beams as the main structure, emulating the structural design of the original Victorian building.
