Planning consent was obtained for 10 large apartments, 4 penthouses, 10 live/work units and 4 duplex studio offices in a contemporary building on the site of the original 1875 Cole & Sons wallpaper factory in the Barnsbury Conservation Area.
The construction phase has been carried out by London & Newcastle plc and completed in 2007.
